Ever since 1973 when it stated its own trade, the corporation's import and export business has been increasing. At present, its main products for export are as follows: Rice, beans, peanut (orits kernal), feedstuffs, rapeseeds, cottonseeds, frozen pork, frozen broiler, frozen duck, frozen goose, frozen games, fresh eggs and preserved eggs; frozen, fresh and live aquatic and marine products; fruits, preserved fruits; fresh, frozen, dehydrated, and pickled vegetables; wines and liquors, condiments. 

In Japan, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, America, Hongkong and Macao, the following products are especially favoured: Taihu silver fish, yangcheng fresh-water crabs, live clams, frozen pork, live cattle, gold-plum brand dried pork floss, dried pork slice, dried beef, jiangsu maling brand asparagus, long tailed anchovy, mushroom, canned slice ham, yanghe daqu, shuanggou daqu, gold-plum brand sesame oil and peanut products. Among which maling brand canned ham, canned asparagus and canned bartlett were honoured with the title of quality export products by the ministry of light industry of china in 1992. Gold-plum brand dried pork floss, gold-plum brand zhenjiang vinegar, gold-plum brand sesame oil and gold-plum brand zhenjiang pickled vegetables won the "gold prize" awarded by comite international d'action gastronomique et touristique de france.
